Agent Trust Report Finalizer

Validates a server-built Veyra Agent Trust Report and returns it with a canonical response hash used by the existing Arc proof registry. Only the configured hosted payer may settle this endpoint.

Example use case

The hosted Veyra workflow purchases one final response whose canonical report hash is independently attested on Arc Testnet.

Use only as the final step of Veyra Agent Trust Report after all requested evidence sources have been collected.
